Ever since I was young, I spent so much time writing stories, using a camera and editing videos. Which allowed me to get my first job as a fulltime video editor. During those couple years, I learned so much about story telling and how it’s shaped in the edit.
I then moved on to making short films to market DashDucks. This is when I truly learned the fundamentals of movie production, splitting my time between making advertisements and participating in other films and story writing education.
In 2024, I launched Luminark Studios, bringing over a decade of experience to create amazing videos for people like you.
I’m often asked "why are you a film maker?" For me it’s about motivation. I remember the first time I watched The Lord of the Rings, how I felt so inspired to go out and be the good in the world, and to fight for what is good in the world. If a film can have that kind of impact on me, I want to create that same feeling for others.
When I’m not filming, I love spending time with my wife and exploring the outdoors. We especially love rock climbing and longboarding. I enjoy building with LEGO, going to the gym and playing Magic: The Gathering. Life is good. I try to focus on the little things that make life beautiful.
